How I can lose weight?

Okay, I'm thirteen years old, 5'4 "and 130 pounds. I have enough curves, I have some hips and I'm very blessed" up there. "I'm in the healthy weight zone, but I would lose some weight. Do not want to go to a hardcore diet plan, I just want some advice I will surely lose weight and stay healthy. I drink lots of water, do not eat takeaways, and try to abstain from junk food now and I eat pretty healthy, but I'm not losing. Any advice? I've always been overweight, even when I was younger, and I'm starting to think it is caused by genetics, because my mother and grandmother are in the same way. They can not throw a pound of anything. Thanks =]

You could add some tips on healthy diet and lifestyle excersize. excersize By: Stay active, go for long walks. Playing sports perhaps. Sit, the crunches, weight lifting, lunges, squats, things like that. Tips of diet ~-Drink lots of water, not soda / diet soda deserts-n-no fried food or junk food-Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, "Do not eat all on too much bread, or foods like pasta and pizza as a Go for 1500 calories a day. Not below 1200. This should help (: Good luck with your losing weight.
