I really want to start losing weight siginificant suggestions?
I am a 17 years old and my BMI is about 11 points higher it should be. Really, really want something to lose significant weight. My body really keeps me down much of the time. I do not compare myself with the stars Hollywood stick thin, but is really just for me compared to people I know. All my friends are not fat. I am also willing to show someone I'm not fat. I have a paunch and double chin, is disgusting. I hate having to extend my personality to compensate for what they do not physically. PE I started this semester, and I drinking water … people have commented on my weight loss I've accomplished so far, but want it to be so drastic that it can actually be happy with myself. NEED TIPS AND HELP anyone! Thanks!
Look at the Biggest Loser and copy them. Unless you have access to nuclear radiation, diet and exercise are the only way you will achieve its objective.
