Ways To Lose Weight Without Exercise

Is there a way to lose weight without exercising much?
I am a disease because they can not do much physical activities, especially under the sun. I'm just a teenage girl about 14 to 16. I hope to lose weight in some way Becos I can not stand being unable to enter into some nice clothes im wanting to buy. Please can someone help me out!
If you can not exercise then you will have to be very strict with their calorie intake. There is no magic pill for weight loss, supplements, fad diet, or juice.
