Me: Well I woke up starving and the thought of vegetables at breakfast was not a happy thought. So I ate a small baked potato w / butter for breakfast and really on target! Then I could chew carrot / celery stix until almost lunchtime then had the soup. Then cut a bowl of red pepper, Zuccini, chick peas and fresh green beans (all the vegetables that were not in the soup). I sauteed in olive oil, seeds sesame, garlic, lemon and eh it was okay, at least it was different. Since I had no lemons, I began to squeeze the lemon juice in my water, it was like lemonade. THREE Mix one day and day two. Eat all the soup, fruit, vegetables of your choice. You can not have a baked potato today. My notes: Ok, the worst day yet, but I felt fine so I did not care. I woke up hungry, and I was not hungry all day.
