How many types of diets are there and that one (in your opinion) is the best for a man of 16 years of age.?
I weigh 170 pounds and I am 5'6.'' I look in the mirror and say "OMG. What am I?" I am very chubby and want to gain muscle. But all diet plans committing an error. The biggest enemy of all diet plans is their lack of willpower.
