How to Lose Weight?! And the ideas of the year?!?

Ok .. Here's the deal! My youngest child is 6 months old who lost about 15 pounds when I was pregnant w / her and it felt really good that kept him out for about two months, but now that I've recovered and want to lose him plus much more and I was wondering OK-if I eat not perfect and I exercise (walking at least 1 miles from Monday to Friday) to help me lose weight?!? And it is skipping a good exercise to help you lose weight together with walking? I have two small children and want to be in shape. I want to go to the beach and appear to be well without thinking I look like a cow! And any idea to help me stop drink coca! That's my big problem Coca-Cola drink a lot! I have tried to Coca-Cola light and can not stand … And if you can think of other additional ideas please let me know! I'm open to anything right now! Thank you!
