ok, so I'm preparing for 17 turning 18 on day 21. This month may i weigh 150 pounds and am 5 / 3 the highest i ever weigh this and I do not grease a little thicker so any suggestions on how to drop weight very fast without drugs or diet pills want to lose 20 pounds
