Best way to eat to lose weight?

I wonder about the most effective way to eat to lose weight. I try to keep the motivation to do exercise as well, but it's really hard for me to follow him. Eating is something I can not help, as opposed to exercise, so I want to do well. Am vegetarian, which makes a small difference. Should I eat small meals more often? Or maybe replace some meals with protein shake? I take with my food? And only soft drinks, like once a week at most, and a snack a lot. I have a plan to be healthy is not too difficult to do because I have a problem with too obsessive about it and do things like hunger unhealthy myself or purging. Any tips on how to continue healthy eating habits when eating out, or be a party or someone's house would also be fully appreciated. Oh, and I'm asking so if you have any original idea, to keep motivation to exercise, it would be taken very seriously as well. Thanks!

Always eat, but to start eating smaller portions, and eat well. To maintain the motivation to get a personal trainer I've had one for 2 years and was the greatest thing I've done. A good coach will help you not only in the gym, but with his eating habbits too. Healthy snack, no more starvation and debugging will make you sick and can not work out. Let know how
