How to Lose a size 1?

Well, I'm serious. I recently thirteen size and want to be in the range of zero to three in summer. How I do this, I can not take diet pills given that I'm only thirteen. Do not just stop eating or do I follow a strict diet? Please do not give me links to web sites, I want a real answer. If you do not like, do not answer (if not sound).
