What is the healthiest food you can eat that will make you lose weight?
well. Is there any food out there that makes you lose weight? or I'm 5'5 and entering 8 th grade and weight 147.5 pounds and I have to weigh around 100 to 110 is there any weight to lose that weight? and if theres is about how long take?
Eat protein as two eggs in the morning with fresh or frozen spinach mixed with it, better if thSpinach raw and mixed in one or two slices wheat toast.
