Doctors Weight Loss Program

Before starting any weight loss program, answer this simple question
Imagine for a moment, sitting in his doctor's office, when she enters and, with a solemn tone, informs you that you have contracted a rare disease called …
"Avoidus-exerciseitis."
You doctor explains which, although potentially lethal, their condition can be treated. To survive, you must get thirty minutes of exercise every day. Missing even a day would mean death snapshot.
Given the circumstances, do you think you say to yourself once, "I simply do not have time to exercise today?"
Without knowing you, I'm going out on a limb and say "no." Even if that means dusting do not … or grass was a day without cutting … or one of the thousand and one things on your "to do" list was not finished, that would do anything to make sure that thirty minutes of exercise into your day.
You see, if you have strong reasons to do something, you do it … no matter what. If you say you can not lose weight because they do not have time or have no willpower, or the sky is so blue, they're really saying is that you have come up with enough reasons to do what is necessary.
Each year, million people resolve to lose weight. Each year, millions of people do not follow through its resolution. Why? They did not ask …
WHY WHAT?
A simple question. Just three little letters. The letters that make a big difference.
Most people do not dive right into a program weight loss without first answering this question. They start exercising, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, chocolate and let the bad hip extension cards. Doing all the things you have said to do.
However, about six weeks later, something happens to challenge their determination. It could be a party, a disease or holiday. Whatever the interruption, without a list of reasons to not eat the cheese cake, or go to the gym when no charge like it, return to their old and familiar ways.
If they had taken the time to first create a list of compelling reasons, for wanting to lose significant weight, its decision would been much stronger and would have been more likely to stay with your weight loss program.
So if you have tried unsuccessfully to get rid those unwanted kilos and keep them out, try this simple but powerful exercise before starting another weight loss program.
First, in a piece of paper, write your goal. Then, below its target, complete the statement, "I am (the goal of integration) because …"
For example, say you want to lose twenty pounds. You could write …
"I lost twenty pounds because …"
"I feel better about myself.
"I have more energy.
"I look sexy in swimsuit.
… And again and again.
When you have exhausted all Possible reasons for wanting to achieve your goal, take a step further. Take each reason and ask "WHY?" again.
For example, "I have more energy, because …"
- I want to be able to keep up with my children, so we have lots of fun and create many good memories.
- I want to experience more passion in the bedroom.
- It will help me play better golf.
When you can not squeeze another reason for his brain, put your list that you see every day. Not even have to read daily. Just seeing your list will remind you what is to do to reach your goal.
Having good reasons – I mean very strong reasons – to achieve their goal of weight loss can help pull you through of even the most difficult of times.
