One of the keys … turn until a little dizzy. Do not go too mad with this exercise. It is very powerful.
3. Squeezes Isometric Abdominal
This is one more nice "finisher" exercise. You can do this every time. All you do is tighten up and flex your abdominal muscles. Just squeeze. Do this for 20 seconds or more. Try for a total of five minutes a day … 20 seconds at a time. Within a week you will notice slimmer abs. Combined with the vacuum pose … WOW … Fast impressive results.
