Hi, I am thinking about starting a diet low in carbohydrates. I was in one for many years and regained the weight, while going through some difficult years. I would like to hear about the successes, weight loss (with the amount of time it took to lose), and ideas of what foods you ate. Thanks!
Hello! being Chinese, all used to prepare meals for me and my family was rice, rice and more rice. I always had the unwanted fat all around my abdomen and arms that I was not able to get rid of, not hard they exercised. Then, I cut a lot of carbohydrates like rice, noodles, bread, adding more protein, and continued my regular training (4x a week cardio, weights 3x) And now I'm happy with my grants a conflict zones. Began to see in three weeks.
