What is a good diet and exercise routine?
I'm in college and I can not buy any diet program or pill im sure there is a way to do so only natural and permanent. As for me I have 19 years 165 pounds and am 5'6 "I drink nothing but skim milk and water, and my diet consists mainly of cooked vegetables, salads, chicken, chickpeas, and other things I find on campus, i LOVE salty foods and French fries ….. chocolate as for the year to run but i do not do much more. I lost eight pounds by giving up certain foods and eat smaller portions but i came to a stand still ….. and is too small for my height 125.
