What are some good pills to burn fat for weight loss?

About three years ago I lost about 40 pounds. At that time he 16, 220 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches. I learned how to exercise and eat healthy and I was able to keep that weight off for 3 years. I'm almost 19 and weight 180 pounds. I've been trying to lose another 10-15 pounds for 3 years and have had absolutely no success. The lowest weight I've ever been able to go down to 177 pounds is. I am very discouraged because I'm so close to my ideal weight of 165 pounds, but I can not go. I tried to change my exercise routine, and I have become very demanding about what I eat now. I mostly eating fresh foods instead of processed foods. I wondered if there was any fat burners safe and effective in the market that could help me lose those last kilos.
