18 In 4 Weight Loss Program

weight loss is concerned, why some lose faster and better than others?
My wife and I have been following a loss program weight watchers points and weight, but not of the system. It is a little different because we are following the "Wendy" plan. Basically we stay within points of the range set the date for our weight, but vary from day to day. Some days are very low in the bottom of the range. Others are high, in the range superior. One day a week is very high, around 10 points in the high-point range. Overall we were about 10 points in total points allocated for a single week. We been in the plan from the June 18 and is not an additional point here or there have been faithful to the plan points. The problem is that I lost 19-1/2 pounds and lost only 4. The two worked out, but in different ways. She does so much more cadium bike that is riding a gazelle machine, and walk / run with children. I cadium very little, 60 to 90 minutes a week working with weights and sit in a steam bath. Why do I have much more success?
Metobolism friend. I am a bodybuilder and see in the gym all the time. A couple go and the guy does his training and is on the cardio equipment, while the girl is stll doing light weights. Then the guy usually get his shower and talk while the girl passes in leasing more than 20 minutes in cardio. So it's not the fault really. Boys tend to lose more faster than our metobolism is faster and higher. We do the work and training to a higher intensity level than women.
