Did I have a heart attack or stroke underage minor?
im 19 years old 5 "11, but as im alittle overweight 15 pounds or less, im not fat im somewat tight body muscle type. I began my job duties when I suddenly felt my breath my heart hop beats and at one point I felt my heart relax ,…. kind of feeling. My vision blurred for a few seconds while all this was happening I was sweating like hell.I started doing breathing excersice as a pregnant woman when shes delivery and the time worked within 3 to 5 min. I work in a meal as Assistant Under 4 Manager. so that heat stroke is out of all question.When reached the end I went back to normal and finally finished my work and went home. Did a minor heart attack or minor stroke should I see my doctor? I do not want this to happen again. I did not eat fatty foods no chips or ice cream. Im out of soda and monsters / Red Bull since it happened was last Sunday.
It can be caused by excessive energy consumption leading to increased heart rate and issues caused by that. Identification of the head to the doctor and ask a few questions after telling what happened just to be safe.
