What is the best diet to lose weight. I have tried weight W, rapid loss of W., C Jenny, Medical Weight Loss?
I've been through overweight all my life. I have 59. Last year I joined a rapid loss of weight and lost 40 pounds. I got bored of eating a pound of meat per day. I arrived maintained, but was reintroduced to the food they were separated from me. Of course, ate too much again. Gradually I got a pound a week. Then I went to return to the original plan I did but I was so tired of eating what I had in the plan and I felt it was too much meat to eat. I asked for the ban plan of meat. I began to win due to the bs car. So I went to Jenny to get tickets that were meatless and had the plan. Currently, I have 15 of the pound. again and I feel miserable. I just want to know what a good diet sure I can follow for the rest of my life that is not so expensive. I have invested so much money on diets especially QuickWeight L.
