m one year old girl-18 ……. I was very beautiful …. but due to the diets No rapid weight loss …. have completely changed my appearance … I have developed light creases / wrinkles around my eyes … No dark circles … n my skin has lost its luster …. but now I have resumed my normal … healthy diet … I can get back my looks anymore … much regret wat m I did … I feel bad wen I see my old photos or cute girlz ….. others even my boyfriend has lost me .. m very depressed ….. plz help!
Dark Circles and lost luster food is not only the vitamins is in food and sleep and even stress. I am sure they are still very beautiful can never change beauty so stop being stressed about it. No meditation (I like to do chakra work). I would recommend daily vitamins and sleep, even more than already receiving. Go to the sun, you do not have to be so but it is just very, very healthy, has vitamin D, which even prevents some cancers.
