Very fast weight loss – Doctor?
How I can lose weight very quickly. I'm scheduled for major surgery in 1-2 months I am very overweight. I know that in the states opt for massive weight loss for surgery patients. I have my kidney removed and my surgeon said that the weight is a problem for him as he goes through my back, but it might be for the anesthesiologist. I am determined not to die as I have 3 children. Is it safer for me to lose a lot of weight fast before surgery and if so does anyone know of a very fast method. Thank you very much
eat but eat slowly, so you get full, if you eat fast then you will get hungry faster, so the exercise, go to the doctors surgery local and ask for advice, as they give advice, but watch the calories, and get a fitness DVD, but do not over do it.
