How I can stop my emotional eating?

What I can do to address, express, release, or distract my feelings of anxiety, loneliness, depression, eating? I like cooking for others, but I am tempted to fall too. when I'm alone, I snack more. My husband is weak and tempts me with things when at home. How I can avoid these cycles of bad? Even though I am not overweight for a clinical definition, I know I am an emotional eater. I find it difficult my physical weight loss soft.

1) Get professional help. 2) Pick up a new hobby, something that can relieve stress. 3) Work in excess profits. 4) Get a pet to alleviate their problems. (Not really a good solution in my opinion) It appears that something is not right for you (therefore causing all these symptoms) I do not want to pry too much. Just to note, you have to understand that apart from professional help, everything else is done to run away from the problem only or reduce the consequences. Hope this helps
