Weight Watchers work for me?

I am a 16 years old and want to lose 10-15 pounds. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle – I exercise (Run 3 times a week, strength train twice a week) and eat mostly healthy. The parts that fail does not work sometimes and not be able to refuse temptation of food. But basically eat 1300-1800 calories a day (before Weight Watchers). My diary Watchers points value weight is 20 (with my allowance 35 extra points per week). If I keep my balance point, I lose 10-15 pounds SOON? And should not I use my weekly allowance points faster / weight loss more effective? Because, basically, when I follow my Weight Watchers program, I will not change until a large part of my daily life – is that OK and these changes still make this program work for me?
