What are the weight-loss pills to be more effective for a short period of time in connection with the exercise?

My doctor I said any weight loss method that requires pills, shakes, meals, or bars is not the way to permanent weight loss. I lost 75 pounds in a short more than seven months, increasing fruits and vegetables, switch to whole grains, and minimize the fat and refined sugar. Besides, I'm a vegetarian and I exercise all day. But the point is that I did not die of starvation or pills. And my cholesterol dropped 22%, and my blood pressure was reduced from medium-high heat to low and medium term. So as soon as you reach your goal, to return to their old way of eating and exercise habits, and can very quickly gain weight. If you are eating 1500 calories a day and get at least 30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of training force six days a week, you lose about 2-2 1 / 2 pounds per week (at first). If after the first month or so, continue to lose more than this, you'll probably want to increase your calorie intake. Losing weight too fast is very unhealthy, not to mention that almost all who do not win again very quickly. Also, you will end with the collapse. I'm not a coach, a nutritionist, doctor or nurse.
