Atleast I need to lose 15 pounds in one month! I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. HELP !!!!?

Atleast I need to lose 15 pounds (I prefer 20 or 25) in a month It is a grave !!!!!!!!!! NEED! I'm on a strict diet and excersize right now. (Fruits, vegetables, yogurt, meat, vegetarian, occasionally a single cut of toast, with atleast 2 hours a day of cycling, walking and aerobics, eating about 600-700 calories a day. low-low-fat low sugar low carbohydrate-lime) I've been doing this for a week and have lost practically nothing! Perhaps half pound! Please not that I'm not interested in a "healthy" look. I go for a size 0 or 1. And do not tell me to put down the magazines. Skinny girls do not have any influence on this. 1: I'm happy to be a 0 or 1 2: I'm naturally a 0 or 1 3: I have a foreign body build, so the only thing that looks good on me (seriously, I look like I weigh more than me) So can someone just please help me? What I can do to get this weight !!!!!!!!!!!

If you are eating 600-700 calories a day and exercise of 2-3 hours a day your body will shut down and cling to everything you can. It's just a fact … sometimes your body knows where it should be better than you.
