OK this is the question. i weigh about 180 pounds and 17 years of age am. I would like to reach a weight of 140 and have a nice build. do not say it's impossible to lose weight super fast. when I met the love of my life at age 15 i weighed about 160. and in about a month I lost 40 pounds. that's a whole 10 pounds a week that's incredible. thing is I did not eat anything the whole month. ate breakfast, that's all. So I do need a road. idk bout not eating because I'm addicted to it. i gained weight because I started eating out a lot and now I weigh too much. tomatoes are amazinly heard right. so if I can eat a lot and helps me lose weight? i do not eat breakfast since I have not much time for that now
Well first place super fast weight loss is possible, however, is not healthy. You mentioned that when he did lose weight at a point where breakfast, you still have a good breakfast every day?
