Lose Weight Now For Free

I exercise, and yet I gained weight. I'm 5'7 and 143. How I can lose weight?
my university is free aerobics classes for one hour at least twice a week, and I'm going to them, and the other days of the week I exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. And do not eat so much good, I eat only two meals a day and a couple of healthy snacks between meals. however, last week I weighed 140 and now it looks like I weigh 143. Why? And if you have do with me gaining muscle then how I can lose weight? because I just want to lose weight. So how I can lose weight and avoid gaining more (including is of "muscle")? And I know that probably just say no need to lose weight, but like my tits and ass look disproportionate to the rest of my body, and so I just want to be smaller.
Do not be so obsessed with scale. Why not try measurements in place, because no matter what, muscle weighs more than fat. For example, my sister and I are the same height. I weigh 135 pounds, while she weighs 126 pounds. I wear a size 6, wears a size 8. No matter the weight, fitness and health do! If you want to resize their size, muscle is the best way to do it. Think of it like this (and this true): the addition of 3 extra pounds of muscle to his frame will burn 120 extra calories a day doing nothing at all. That is, if you spend a whole day sitting on the couch, his body still burn 120 extra calories because it takes more to maintain muscle mass which makes the fat! So go ahead and build their muscle and fat loss will follow.
