What are some exercises to lose weight in the midsection?

My friend and I have recently started running (yesterday) and we want to make a routine. Our goal is to lose weight and gives parties in our stomach. We ate a few too many sweets I guess. What are some exercises we can do for an hour every day, besides running. and good running to lose weight fast? please, no negative comments are not appreciated.

To lose weight quickly follow this simple diet routine, proved to be most effective: General Motors Weight Loss Diet, aka The GM Diet * – An e-mail received from Shri M Siddique (who RECD Ravindra Jaju) Have you heard of the Physics Diet? The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than you give the body in caloric value. This plan can be used many times as you want without any fear of complications. It is designed to cleanse your system of impurities and give a feeling of wellbeing. After seven days you will begin to feel lighter by atleast 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition. During the first seven days should drink 10 glasses of water a day. DAY ONE All fruits except bananas. The first day consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested that consume lots of watermelon and melon. DAY TWO All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with vegetables and cooked all of their choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. It has large boiled potato for breakfast. DAY THREE Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity. But bananas and potatoes do not today. DAY FOUR Bananas and milk. Today you will eat up to eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have a bowl vegetable soup. DAY FIVE Today is a feast day. You will eat 1 (one) cup of rice. You also have to eat 6 (six) whole tomatoes and drink 12 (twelve) glasses of water today to cleanse your system of excess uric acid being produced. SIX DAY Today is another day all vehicles. You should eat a cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your heart's content. Day Seven Today your food intake will consist of a cup of rice, fruit and vegetable juice that all care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be five to eight kilos lighter than a week ago. For more weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat the program as often as you like, however, it is suggested to rest for three days before every repetition. You have your system under control now and will be grateful all the cleaning and cleaning only gave it. You will notice a definite loss of desire for sweets and you will be amazed at how easy this day will go. Day 5: Rice and tomatoes. Rice is for carbohydrates and tomatoes are for digestion and fiber. Drinking lots of water purifies your system. You should notice colorless urine today. If you do not feel like having a cup of rice, you may eat less. But you may eat six tomatoes. Day 6: It is similar to five days. Vitamins and fiber from vegetables and carbohydrates in rice. For now the system is in a tilt total weight loss. There should be a noticeable difference in the way you look today compared to one day. Day 7: You may celebrate with champagne. You can have white wine instead of champagne, but in all practical programs, and in all surveys to measure the success of the program, General Motors employees have always preferred champagne to white wine.
