What are some exercises clear as a teenager to lose pounds fast?

I have 15 years, my height is 5 "3 and weigh 197 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 60 pounds so I can get to my actual weight to be, but I'm going to make it easier for lost about 10 pounds every 2 weeks or shorter in this month. Any advice you could know the amount of jumps, pushups, crunches, jump rope, etc. I should do to lose this weight.

5 lbs each week is an aggressive target. Your goal should be more along the lines of 10 pounds per month (about 1-2 pounds per week). If you lose weight quickly is much more likely I will come back to win over some. As for exercise, you should try to do cardio (jumping Jack, and jumping rope) at least 30 minutes at a time. If you do 10 minutes 3 times a day, is not the same. Try to do five minutes of both, then take about 60 seconds to recover and do another 5 minutes. Repeat until you reach at least 30 minutes. Regarding his squats and push-ups go, do as many as possible at a time, then divide that number by 2 and add 2 or 3 and do two sets. For example, if you can make 8 push-ups, try doing two sets of five seconds with a break of 60 in the middle. The most important thing is to change your diet. Try cutting a junk food item each week and replace it with a fruit or vegetable. If you try to eat healthy once and you're not used to it, only make you miserable. Good luck!
