Diets to lose weight does not mean eating less Anymore

For a long time that diets was promoted to lose weight to eat fewer calories. Sometimes that also means taking stimulants to suppress appetite. Those who were not very healthy approaches to loss weight, and unfortunately, many people still think it's the way it is done.

Losing weight is proportioned, not necessarily equal

Unless your grocery bill looks a bit like King Henry VIII, losing weight is not really a matter of how much you eat, but the relative amounts of what you eat. In fact, the problems of their diet probably had more to do with his fondness for sweets and alcohol and vegetables by preventing the amount of meat they ate.

What is truly important in a diet to lose weight is cutting carbs and increasing protein. This has been a hallmark in the diet of many have emerged since the Dr. Adkins diet, and it works. The big question is whether this model can be improved.

The improved low-carb diet

Not surprisingly, low-carbohydrate diet could be improved. Since the Dr. Adkins diet appeared on the scene, has undergone several modifications. The question is to identify what carbohydrates to go, and that the proteins need to increase.

For example, milk protein and soy protein are perfectly acceptable for many low-carb diets. However, both forms of the protein have problems that can undermine your weight loss. dairy products contain an abundance of a carbohydrate called lactose, and organic dairy products including growth hormones. Soy products are the precursors for estrogen, a hormone shown to maintain fat burning. Undoubtedly, soy protein has to go.

No soy protein, what is a vegan to do?

Since soy protein is not an option, this might seem to leave vegans, without much choice in the consumption of protein. The outlook depends on it. Does peanuts to be different from the nuts in a similar way that the pig is different from the meat?

For a person who does not eat meat at any level, it is likely that peanuts and nuts are different at that level. Scientifically, they are further apart than pork and beef. Peanuts are genetically closer to what they are potatoes to nuts. It may seem strange, but it is also true of bananas compared with bananas. They look very similar, but genetics bread differently.

For vegans, the rules for consumption of nuts are very similar to the rules for meat eaters and meat eaters. Organic, unprocessed is preferable that the material normally found in the grocery store. raw and organic is the rule, and it is very possible that you will have to start shopping at a natural food store instead of Wal-Mart. The final question is what is your health to you?
