okay. I have 16 years old, 5'1 and weighs approximately 137 pounds. I'm too fat for my height .. I do not feel I'm too fat I've put in some unnecessary weight in the last year or so. I am very wrong with the unit itself and I've tried thousands of diets and changes lifestyle that I can NEVER just keep doing it. I feel like not eating anything (or too little food) will help me shed some pounds. Im not a big fat person you have to lose 100 pounds. they are minors. my goal weight loss is 15-20 pounds. I want to be thin again and I feel like my poor eating habits and my stubbornness is keeping this weight on me. fasting work? I heard that on the first day of fasting you can not even have any kind of liquid .. Is this true? I need help. I do not care if it is healthy or not. I do not want to hear about exercise and proper diet ill just ignore those answers .. I need a new method!
No. Do not fast. What we need to do to diet and exercise. Even when you exercise you gain muscle, but by the exercise that burns fat instead of lose muscle to fuel your body if you just food or fasting. Once you lose fat and gain muscle then you can let your muscles atrophy or continue working to be strong and fit. Hope this helps, and not fast. It is very healthy and you will lose only muscle not fat.
