im doing cardio AFTER my job elimination. Can sum1 see if my schedule is good? ] = Appreciation?

Okay, so I learned that if u do cardio while working out .. its hard to get big so I decided to get big first after doing cardio so im about to do cardio during the month of August, a month in a row of cardio to lose fat …. so I decided to run two days break 1 .. n rotation day break one day I was planning to do light training phase to increase my cardio toneness doing .. n take it easy to eat .. im basically weight lifting to increase even more my metabolism so you can burn fat, too …. i kno na only doing cardio little weight lifting, but not much protein I consume miss … for muscle mass do you think of this method will work and is there any way I can prevent muscle loss other ideas and good advice. please feel free to talk about them thank you very much!

Well, cardio should be done four times a week. You must keep 80% of your maximum heart rate for 30-45 minutes if you want to lose weight and get fit. Also, if you do not want to lift heavy objects but I want to gain mass, you should do body weight exercises (pushups, pull-ups, sauces, etc. ..).
