Once I was 210 pounds, now I'm 125. I was 210, then dropped to 150 when I got pregnant. Then I went up to 199. Now Im down to 125, and I love my body … both. Im just so scared to lose! I havebeen diet for so long I have fear that it could not have a good metabolism. I get nervous to eat yogurt! Im ready to eat delicious food, but also afraid. "I can take the metablosim somehow? Is there a way to increase?
Yes, there are some ways to increase your metabolism. I find myself saying this a lot, but think of your metabolism as plant fuel natural body. If you increase the amount of energy is driving a boost to your metabolism. So if you start exercising (or keep) that naturally raises your metabolism so your body can cope with the new energy needed to sustain it. Another way to increase it is to eat more often, but lots smaller. By eating more often, say every three hours, teaching your body not to store energy (calories / fat) because more energy coming soon to replenish yourself. I also want to add that the increase in metabolism does not mean you should start eating healthy again. Most individuals fit and healthy always remain something of a diet that remain healthful eating and exercise routinely.
