I want to lose weight, not too fast, but in a healthy way.I am going to do 45 minutes of aerobic dance, combined with running.I want to know how many miles I run to lose weight? My goal is to lose 1-3 pounds a week if I'm going to eat better lol, making me less than 10 minutes to run a mile, but I'm doing the management, that no matter minutes, plus 45 minutes of aerobic
