What is a good way to stay motivated after a while of practice, and one, SAFE good way to lose weight quickly?

I would like advice from someone who has experienced great results, or someone who knows what we are talking about … motivation, as we all know, is a difficult thing to maintain after a few weeks. I met people who would love to lose weight but do not like the look of exercise. Now just be straightforward with you, there is no easy way out. Now if you're the type to sit on the couch watch 24/7…Of course tv, which is an example of physical activity. So what is to be active you ask? Being active is playing basketball or soccer with your friends. Or whatever sport she likes to do. Physical activity does not mean you have everything to play sports. There are many physical activities that require a certain amount endurance and strength. Only depends on the activity. You can go to the park with family and volleyball. Go around the lake or pool and go swimming. Get that old bike in the garage and go for a bike ride the neighborhood. Go hiking through the forest. Take your wife and a couple of friends and press the dance club. Join a karate class. Go to the mall and walk for a few hours while you shop. Yes, walking is an exercise. It is a way of low-impact exercise, but it still counts as exercise! A contributing factor loss of weight and living a healthy lifestyle is to have fun while you're doing. Because if you're not having fun, well … Just not going to be fun at all! Do not think you have to exercise to lose weight. There are other methods too. Fun ways as I have said above. Of course, you'll feel better and results effective through exercise and weight lifting, but the main point I am stressing is that you need for fun activities you participate in. So as I said, go out and have fun!
