be sure not to eat within an hour bedtime, eating healthier and smaller portions, drink plenty of water (this can actually help you lose a little weight, believe it or not), about 8 glasses day. if you're not so lazy that you can not do a little exercise, then get out and walk around your neighborhood on a brisk walk for half an hour, 2 or 3 times a week. it is not difficult to exercise, it's just hard to get into the routine of it, once used to routinely exercise, you will not no effort at all. walking or biking to destinations that are less than 5 miles away (weather permitting) helps a lot, trust me. simply stop being lazy and get up off your @ ss, go for a walk, helps more than you imagine. good luck.
