Hoodia Gordonii Plus does not work for me! The recommendations on other brands of Hoodia products?

Hoodia Gordonii Plus I asked after reading good reviews on it. It does not work. I'm sending a bottle says RHE 400 mg per serving. One serving is 2 capsules in what appears to be only 200 mg compressed. In addition, it makes me feel a little nervous after taking it. Could green tea leaf extract?
