High Protein Low Carb Meal

Im 5'11 194 I use to have a 6 pak but I have phsyically inactive for approximately 2 years, due to problems respiratorial, but I'm better now, I want to cut the fat but keep the muscle, i was running to fight for an hour or more a day, and then when I go to the gym ill do a training on small arms in the chest, and abs, i then click the tread mill for about 25 minutes … I've been trying Mills low-calorie breakfast, I like that serves as a special K cerial, snack, an orange, then I eat 8 pieces of boiled rice and shrimp greenbeans like my food, and then another orange as a snack. and thats it.
