What is a good way to lose weight PERMANENTLY, so healthy?
So I know there are good old-fashioned way of healthy eating and exercise, but honestly, I do not have much control of himself (and I have a major sweet tooth). I have tried many diet pills and "lose weight fast" diets and I noticed that none of these ways to lose weight permanently. I always ended up putting the weight as soon as I got off the pills or diet composition crazy. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
