Will my drastic changes to improve health and healthy weight loss?
I used (since 2006, a little): eat all the time, eat what I never really went away for over a year, never ate healthy, never ate fish or fruits and vegetables, never worked for more than a year, sitting in front of a computer for nine hours a day. (5'10 ", 195 lbs) (BMI of 28, considered overweight) i now: subway eat every days, eating only when hungry (3-4 times a day), and not to eat healthy, being able to walk 2-4 miles every day, have about 20-40 minutes of tae-bo all day, lifting weights for 30 minutes every day, take 2 green tea pills weight loss every day, eating fruits and grains. i am going to lose 45 pounds by the last week of August. too much or just right? I feel exhausted all day, but I cannot stand that fat is more. its destroying my self esteem and my ability to enter a pool and get a girl. im not fat, fat … I just look like a sumo with a shirt. Also, will I still loose skin that makes me look fat and my stretch marks disappear?
Wow that's a lot of questions. First, weight loss is healthy 2-3 pounds per week. So if 45 pounds for the last week of August is realistic, I need to know when you started. You must increase the amount of times you eat each day. You should eat 5-6 times a day to increase your metabolism. I think the level of activity seems to be fine, if possibly a bit much.
