Good Tips For Losing Weight

What are some good tips to lose weight and get fit?
What I did to start losing weight is: 1) eat more healthy. Notice i did not say diet. The main reason I say this not because the diet is a diet strictly and rigorously usually does not work for someone who is not accustomed to a diet or do not like the idea of dieting. Try to hand control instead, simply do not eat soo much of a good thing, you know. Or something to replace high-fat or low fat (milk) or diet pepsi pepsi instead of regular. extra sugar is not good. 2) Start an exercise program. Something you can handle, not something that is so ambitious that in a week you will not want to do it again. Ask a friend to go with you, or get something else to motivate you (ie a pet?). I started with a friend, and then once I got about it, I was by myself because I could go to a faster pace. I suggest you go to a track in the first (one because its better for your legs / joints, and 2 because you know exactly how far you've gone, and you can increase your mileage over time). After doing your cardio, you want to do some additional exercises, time that weight lifting, abdominal or pilates! Something that is working the muscle groups you want to specifically target. 3) stick to it! It may not happen more a week or even a month, but you will see results!
