Am I the exercise correctly to achieve my fitness goals?

I just started the preparation and review of my diet. I am a year 24. women old, 130 pounds, 5 '6 ". I want to lose 10.5 pounds and get toned. Over the past three days, I worked in the gym for an hour doing 30 min. at 3.5-4.0 on the treadmill, then doing three sets of 15 in the leg, arm. chest and ab machines crisis. Then do three sets of 15 on free weights weighing 10 pounds. This is a long-term goal and I want to incorporate exercise every day, but what am I doing wrong? Do I have to rest between days? If so, How long? I keep doing everything at the same time every day or do I have out? I'm looking for answers that will help guide me, so please do not post any rude response. Thank you! Please note that because I just started working out, this is what my workout routine is like right now. I would like advice on what / how to increase the intensity of my workouts to achieve my goal in a safe and consistent manner.

Normally, you Lifts should not targeting the muscles every day. Many serious lifters work every day, but the different muscle groups. As for walking or jogging, can make every day. You are far from the duration and / or intensity that require rest days. You can do everything at the same meeting, or break with your schedule allows. Do not make much difference fitness-wise. I find it more effective and comfortable to do my lifting immediately after an aerobic session, while I have my muscles warm and heart rate up.
