What is the best exercise to lose baby weight after giving birth?
I have not long given birth and wanted to know the best exercises do to get fit, I heard that new song you rush in like squats and exercises excersize streneous but I think running is good, can anyone help me?
Yes you should not do too much exercise at least in the first three months after birth. Walking is good, but I felt good swimming. Failure to follow a diet that you need more calories during lactation: Do not be too impatient, it will take time, it is more difficult than any other fat that I had to lose in the past, good luck!
