What is a good catalyst to start a weight loss program?
I do not lose weight easily and I'm waiting in line 6 kg. I'm not stupid. I'm not trying to lose overnight. I just need a little help getting started. I know that diet and exercise are the fundamental principles, and water drinking enough. I was wondering if anyone has any tricks or methods that use only to help you get started. I've been through everything and know what it is. The main thing is to continue there. No one can be addicted to food and never exercise, if you want to live a healthy life and maintain weight.
