Weight Loss For adolescents, Am I Lazy

More on weight loss solution teen Girls

I'm not saying that you can blame the technology, and I'm not saying that just as with our youth, adults are also a reflection of the society around them. It is not an excuse, but it is a thought that reflected on the basis of my typical day.

I wake up tomorrow to the sound of a buzzing aggravating sound or the noise of the radio. These alarms would get my blood racing from the beginning, but it hit me Snooze to stop the madness. Then happen again and again, the repeat bar. After a couple of times of this I am now would be late for work, rush to bathe in, if I even had time, rush to the car and speed off to work. Not in the world today. Instead, I wake up with the soothing sounds of the sea on my radio Homedics alarm and little by little in peace. No blood pumping, with no increase in heart rate. I have only one wake up nice and slow, easy. Here I address the shower where I put down into my shower CD player and listen to something I like while I take my time, letting the water almost cold.

During my towel off and dress period in the morning, I can hear my coffee that is made in the coffee that is set to get a cup every morning with me not having to do anything. As I sit and drink my coffee pondering the day in front of me, I realize that it is almost gone, so I gently push a button on my keychain that my car starts and gets it nice and warm for me before I even get there. Then you can take my walk to my car, come and have a nice peaceful drive to work (except some rage unexpected way.) There's nothing like before when I had to run to my car because I was late most of the time due to the annoyance of my alarm or run, it was cold and then go and shake and shiver, for 10 minutes until hot.

Once at work I find myself taking out my PDA and see what is on my agenda the day. No, no more flipping through pages of my pocket calendar or scheduler. My day job is simple and uncomplicated, but instead of having to run back and forth through the office to transmit messages to all, now I can simply send an inter-office e-mail with the push of a button. When it's time leave, I returned to start my car in my office and take home.

Upon arriving home, I put in a microwave dinner that does not have to be cut into pieces, cut, moved, mixing, kneading, pushing, or even punctured. Press a few buttons and five minutes later I'm sitting in front of the TV watching the shows I recorded on my tape recorder digital cable and eat my five minutes, nuked meal. Would I have done in the past? The answer is no, because it would have had to physically do something to eat, and would be nothing on TV worth watching, so I eat and go do something like yard work, cleaning the house, playing with the kids, whatever, something else to occupy their time. Well, while I was eating, I have some crumbs on the floor and then dropped a little more on the way back to the kitchen. Well, I'll push buttons and let my robot vacuum cleaner to clean the entire apartment, and that is preprogrammed to do.

Finally, my day is coming to an end and instead to do something really constructive before I go to bed, I can not resist the opportunity to surf the Internet for a while, maybe chat to some friends or relatives, and check e-mail. And I have to connect my PDA to the computer anyway. Now my lazy or technologically dysfunctional days are complete.

This whole story brings me back to my question that started the whole thing. Am I lazy or am I just a product of my environment. Author of this opinion is that I am both. Years ago, even simple things like making dinner would be exercise, but is now very easy because it is done for you in a box. Today everything is easy and most adults are the heavy side, because things are easier and do not have much energy. That point is in society are lazy, you do not have to exert as much to be done daily routines needed to end the day. However, it could go to the gym on my way home, or take a walk after dinner, so we also I'm too lazy. The Internet just shoot me in the night after night and I can not seem to me to do anything after dinner. What a shame for technology held the gun to my head!
