Weight Loss: Diet Slimfast?
I have tried Hydroxycut for weight loss, but had to stop because they took it off the market. Therefore, I doing this diet Slimfast. But instead of replacing just one or two meals, I'm thinking of nothing but drinking Slimfast and walk three times a week to reach my weight ideal. I'm going to my doc and get a multi-vitamin (iron, potassium, etc.) While I am taking vitamins and walk, do you feel safe? If not, I think, give me some advice. I lose about 15-20 pounds, but is difficult to go to the gym because I have two children and my husband works all the time. I just need something quick and easy.
I'm doing this too. I'm in the Marines so we are obliged to have 18% body fat and generally check up on us every 3-4 months. Still I have used hydroxy cut, I also use GNC Burn 60, and Slim Fast drink 3 times a day with about two salads a week. I lost 18 pounds in one month exactly. I am also is about 4-5 miles a day, five times a week. I wouldnt recommend unless your job is on the line. The first week is the worst but after your body adjusts that. Failure to do so immediately.
