There are too many fad diets that have either not heard, read, research or laughed out loud, but here are some of the latest to hit crazy diets my radar:

The blue plate diet: It appears the color blue is less attractive to a plate (?)
Eating on a blue plate is supposed to make you feel less inclined to keep eating. I eat blue food and doing nothing to stop me finish my meal!

The baby food diet: the believes that will give you plenty of nutrients in small portions. Hello! It is food for kids! If they are designed for adult use would be in its closets!

Diet finger: No, does not chew nails! The agreement is that you eat something the size of the nail every 14 minutes … Give me strength! Maybe a baby mushroom, a raspberry or cherry will keep you nourished and well fed. I do not think so! Besides, who has time to eat every 15 minutes? Even I do not eat that often!

The "smell of grapefruit diet: Exactly what it says. The researchers speculate that the effect smell has on oil liver enzymes may help solve the cravings and stimulate weight loss. So who wants to walk around town with a grapefruit stuck under his nose all day, in the vain hope that let the desire to eat? I know where I could get the fruit …

The Chocolate Cake Diet Now, before we all get excited, not what you think! Yes, a chocolate cake, but it is possible the fact they do not eat it. You're supposed to look at the cake for 15 minutes and then a glass of water. This is supposed to fix your cravings! My opinion on this diet would be to go look in a healthy meal for 15 minutes and then eat it!

Face facts people. All diets FAD UNIQUE IN THE MARKET TODAY is designed to do one thing … Take your money!

None of these diets set your desire intense long-term, none of them will help you lose weight or fat in the long term and none of them are designed to make you feel satisfied or happy.

Dieting makes you miserable! The only solution to fat loss is sensible eating and regular exercise effectively! So the next time you are in the library or watching the latest gossip magazine, not to be absorbed by these fad diet plans …
