Dangers Associated With Dieting

I know there are dangers associated with the no-carb and low carb diets. What I would like to know is how many?
grams of carbohydrate carbon are needed each day to avoid these dangers? I am concerned about two loved ones who are dieting. i can not seem to make them understand that diets fashion are not the answer.
Life is all about the balance of my friend, extreme advantage of the diet for imbalances.When things are out of balance leading to unhealthy results. What these results Unhealthy depends on the health of people, lifestyle and genetics. This sounds very easy, but in these times is very difficult to find your own balance and I stress this is an individual thing, although I can find help in many places. I think the damage and repair the body and many other variables can determine these as well. Provide research on these diets and encouraging things that you think can help them make better decisions without making them feel defensive. You know, do not harp, but to be informative in an interesting and a good example. We know how difficult it is to find These balances have we been there and done that and keep trying, because it is one of those things that are a constant juggling act, but think of it this way. Juggling smoothly is the goal (balance), however, when learning or for other reasons juggling is not smooth (unbalanced) and added variables more difficult it becomes, but they have learned the technique and has the talent it becomes easier and easier to find a balance in things. Let them know you only care about their health and that will be more apt to investigate, because the moderation, balance and variety are the keys to good health and good health should be a goal life. The human body is very resilliant hopfully and will take their decisions in a better future and learn more. These diets do not seem to work well for weight loss in some but we need vegetables., fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes, to some extent (for many of the things they contain), which are complex carbohydrates (Carbohydrates, but still) and a variety of theses things are important. Moderation, the decline in grain and sometimes the absence of simple carbohydrates (sugar granulated syrup, high fructose corn, white flour, stripped of their nutrients, etc) on the other hand can be very good for a body.
