Celebrity slim shakes and exercise!?

Im 6 feet tall and weighs 78kgs Hey im trying to go down to 65kg by New Years. Im replacing breakfast with a celebrity stir thin samwhich lunch salad with whole wheat or shake a evegies and lean meat and for dinner. Im also drinking green tea, just water with a slice of lemon and a coffee per day. In the morning I do 40 abdominal and go on the exercise bike for 25 minutes and do 50 star jumps around and then I work on stationary bicycle for 30 minutes. How long before I start to see a good result in weight loss?

I would guess that in 3 weeks should begin to see some changes … Keep it up and no doubt will be up to 65kg by New Years … Congratulations for making it a healthy way even I though I also do not like milkshakes the remainder of their diet sounds healthy enough
