Ok, I've been on my diet since April 16. I've been walking at least an hour a day, sometimes two. I've only been drinking water and diet arizona green tea .. I have not been eating after 7 pm. I've been eating very healthy. flour sample. Breakfast, on a plate intelligent and free of low-fat vanilla soy milk. lunch, a smoothie robecks or a piece of fruit .. dinner, lean cuisine, or fish and salad .. ok I realized that my swelling has disappeared, and my sister said my loose jeans look back. Why isn't 'the scale moves? I've been doing good .. i have not fooled once. Council? thanks ps I'm 5'8 and 250 .. Fat people tend to lose weight faster. : (
Hello, it sounds like you are going really well in your diet, your great as you are not restricted to eating the correct foods! The reason why the scale does not move is because muscle actually weighs three times more than fat. It may not be aware of it, but all the walking you are doing, and all the protein you are eating is causing you to turn fat into muscle. Now is not frightened by it, is not going to end up as a monster muscle or anything unless you pump iron and hit the juice. It simply means that this booking a lot healthier than you realize. A much better way to monitor progress as his, is instead of scales, take measurements of your waist, etc. This will give a much clearer indication of the amount of fat that are falling. The only problem is, you probably already dropped charges, so it will not track all the progress! applause.
