The loss of body fat Muscle Building

Most people think of when it comes to cardio exercise to lose fat. This is due to run, bicycling, or any other form of intense aerobic exercise helps burn calories and increase metabolism.

However, there recent studies have shown weight training to be better at increasing your resting metabolism rate, which is the speed at which you burn calories at rest. This can mean that the best way to burn unwanted fat is building muscle at the gym.

There is no requirement for training with weights to be effective raise the metabolism. Weight training should be intense to produce a dramatic increase in resting metabolic rate.

Light weight lifting or exercise for a time too short can reduce results. You have to do 3-4 sets per exercise and do an average of 6-8 repetitions for each.

This ensures that each major muscle group is training hard. In studies, it was demonstrated that the test subjects resting metabolic rate was still high, on average 21%, even 24 hours after training.

It appears the weight training can release hormones like growth hormone and norepinephrine which help in the burning process fat.

Also, remove lactic acid that builds heavy weight training also requires an expenditure of calories.

Finally, muscle building process of repairing damaged muscle tissue caused by lifting weights can also burn more calories.

Building muscle will increase the resting metabolic rate because muscle tissue burns many more calories at rest than fat.

So The more muscle mass you have, the higher the resting metabolism. That's why building muscle through weight training is also a way to lose unwanted body fat.

The best way to lose fat is to combine cardio with weight training, to create a synergistic effect on both work together to burn calories.

So if you are currently trying to lose some fat, try to focus on building muscle, so through weight training, so you can increase your metabolism and burn more calories at rest.
